Shipping within the USA

All items are securely packaged & padded in sturdy cardboard packaging (ex: boxes, cardboard mailers, bubble wrap, tissue paper).  Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail from the San Jose Bay Area within one to three business days of receipt of payment. Depending on your location, you can expect your package to arrive within 1 to 3 business days once you've received shipping confirmation. We currently do not offer International shipping.
All orders are shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout.  Please make sure that this information is correct.  If the buyer supplies an incorrect shipping address, any delays or costs associated with re-shipping orders or loss of orders are the buyers sole responsibility.

Refunds

CARLOS VILLEZ FINE ART wants you to be happy with your purchase.  Should you not be happy with your purchase, please contact us within three days of receiving your order at
carlosvillez@sbcglobal.net to make arrangements.
Please note: shipping costs (if charged) will not be refunded.

CARLOS VILLEZ FINE ART accepts major credit cards via Square & PayPal.  They are some of the safest & secure ways to accept an on-line payment.  You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay for your purchase using this payment service.

Things to remember about our apparel

Please note that the sizing of our handmade huipil/huanengo/blouse is an approximation since the artisans do not follow any standard size pattern.  We suggest that you take your own body measurements and compare to the measurements provided in the description of each huipil/huanengo/blouse before you order & if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us!!!
Also, please remember that the color, design & embroidery variations are inherent in the handmade process which adds to the unique beauty of each huipil/huanengo/blouse.  These huipil/huanengos/blouses can be hand or machine washed in the gentle cycle.  Hang dry or tumble dry in low setting in dryer.  Press with a warm iron if needed.
